Alice Norsworthy, Chair
Ms. Norsworthy is responsible for the oversight of Universal Orlando’s Marketing and Sales divisions including all brand and retail marketing, trade and distribution programs. She also helps to guide marketing and sales efforts for Universal’s international theme park destinations.
Previously, Ms. Norsworthy served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Royal Caribbean International. During her time there, Ms. Norsworthy led the development and implementation of the marketing programs that grew the Royal Caribbean brand and launched the Freedom Class of cruise ships. Ms. Norsworthy also held a variety of senior roles at Walt Disney World.
Ms. Norsworthy is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville and she serves on the Board of Directors for the Universal Orlando Foundation as well as the National Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and The Board of Directors for Brand USA.
